I truly enjoyed my stay at Riad Monceau, which is perfectly located just a short walk from the main square. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, particularly Abdulhaq, who made sure all my questions were answered. However, I did encounter some issues with the WiFi and the massage service, which felt rushed and not particularly relaxing.

My room was quite nice with an authentic feel, featuring comfortable bedding and a lovely terrace overlooking the pool. However, I did experience a problem with the safe not working and the WiFi was poor.

The service was warm and welcoming, with staff like Abdulhaq providing great assistance during my stay. While I did notice they seemed a bit understaffed at times, they handled my requests with kindness.

I had a pleasant experience at Riad Monceau, especially appreciating the charming courtyard and clean rooms. However, the lack of a proper shower in the bathroom was quite frustrating. The breakfast was just okay, but overall, the vibe of the place was relaxing, despite needing to walk a bit to reach it.

The room was cute and clean, but I was disappointed by the bathroom setup—it had a tub with a hand nozzle, which made things trickier when washing up. Luckily, it was comfy otherwise with both AC and heating options.
Service

The staff was generally friendly, but not all spoke English well, which made communication a bit challenging at times. Despite this, they helped carry our bags to the nearby main square, which I appreciated.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Medina, close to the main square. Just keep in mind you can't access it directly by car, so you'll have to walk for about 8 minutes.

Breakfast was decent but not amazing—some more variety would have been nice. The overall atmosphere, especially around the courtyard, added a nice touch to meals.

The hotel had a charming pool area, though it might not be ideal for sunbathing. Access to other amenities like room service and tours was a plus, but I felt the breakfast options could be improved.

The Riad's location in the heart of the Medina is perfect for exploring all the vibrant action and charm of Marrakech. It's just a short walk from the main market, providing easy access to local attractions.

While I enjoyed the atmosphere and some of the food, I found the dining experience to be hit or miss. Some dishes were good, but others fell flat, such as an omelette that was particularly disappointing.

The facilities included a lovely hot plunge pool and a spa with relaxing massages, but the timing for pool use was limited. I was also frustrated with the jacuzzi situation, as it was said to be under construction during my stay.

However, the bathroom situation was inconvenient, as it only had a hand nozzle without a proper shower, making it tricky to clean up.
